Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently. Our products ship in clean recyclable packaging. We may add gift wrapping for the holiday season. let us know if you'd want it.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes. if you email within 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, the order may have entered our fulfillment queue and cannot be changed. Email immediately at info@wren.com with your order number.
How do returns and exchanges work?

What if my product arrives damaged?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in installments?

Can I change my payment method after ordering?

If the order hasn't shipped, email info@wren.com within 4 hours and we may be able to assist. For subscriptions, update your payment method in your account dashboard.
When am I charged?

One-time orders are charged immediately at checkout. Subscriptions are charged on each recurring shipment date.
What if my payment fails?

First, check your billing address and card details. If the issue persists, try a different payment method. Email info@wren.com if you need help.
Are my credit card details stored?

No. WREN never sees your card number. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-compliant). Subscriptions are managed by ReCharge (also PCI-compliant).
Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours from our US fulfillment center. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days via UPS/USPS. Express shipping (1-2 days) available for $14.95.
How much is shipping?

FREE on every US order. Express shipping is $14.95 (1-2 business days). International coming Q3 2026.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you email within 4 hours of placing the order, we can usually adjust it. After that, the order may have entered our fulfillment queue and the address cannot be changed.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

For UPS Ground orders, the driver will leave the package at your door. For Signature Required orders (rare), you'll have 3 delivery attempts before package returns to sender.

How do I request a return?

Email info@wren.com with your order number and a brief reason. We refund within 2 business days. No return shipping required. keep the wrap.
Is there a return window?
+
Yes. 60 days from your order date. We give you 90 days because cellular results take 6-8 weeks; you should be able to test the full timeline risk-free.
Who pays for return shipping?
+
Neither of us. we don't require return shipping. Keep the wrap (give to a friend, throw away, whatever). We refund unconditionally.
How long does the refund take to process?

We process refunds within 2 business days of your email. Funds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
Can I return an opened or used wrap?
+
Yes. you can have used the entire wrap and still get a full refund within 60 days. The 60-day guarantee is our promise: if WREN doesn't work for you, we'll refund. Use it without fear.
How do I receive my refund?

Refunds go back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds to PayPal, credit card refunds to the same card, etc. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
What if I bought during a promotional sale?
+
Promotional purchases get the same 60-day money-back guarantee. We refund the amount you paid (post-discount). The promotional discount itself isn't lost. it applies to your next order if you re-purchase.
